GRAHAM WONG - FOUNDING PARTNER AND PRESIDENT
Graham Wong received his Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce (Finance/Marketing) from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia and earned enough credits on the side to earn a Bachelor of Arts degree in French. Graham first became involved with technology while earning his Masters of Science degree in Management Information Systems under a DuPont Fellowship at the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. While earning his Masters degree Graham collaborated with his twin brother on one of the first multimedia marketing text books in the country.
The son of an American Foreign Service diplomat Graham grew up around the world spending considerable time in Malaysia, Korea, Australia, France, and China.
Graham is a seasoned SAP HCM consultant specializing in the fields of Time Management, xSS and custom technical development using a variety of technologies available in the SAP NetWeaver platform. Graham is one of six technical editors for the SAP periodical HR Expert and has published multiple articles including articles on PU12 Interface Toolbox, SAP HR security, and HR Reporting. Graham has worked with SAP applications from release 2.x through to the latest ECC releases and has taught for SAP America.
DAVID ADAMS - FOUNDING PARTNER AND CEO
David earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree at the Texas A&M University. David was one of 15 Platinum Payroll Consultants and an SAP Top Performer for SAP America in the United States.
David has co-developed and taught advanced SAP payroll courses on topics ranging from taxes to off-cycle and deduction processing. David’s specialty lies in addressing extremely complex payroll issues at large multi-national Fortune 50 and 500 companies across multiple industries.
JENNIFER BECKER - DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS Operations
Jennifer received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and International Studies (Translation Minor) from the University of Nebraska at Kearney. She followed that by working extensively in international business in the area of imports/exports within the Agricultural industry.
To date, Jennifer’s broad work experience covers Business Management, Human Resources, Payroll, Information Systems and Graphic Design. She is an experienced SAP HCM Consultant with in-depth experience working with multiple customers simultaneously across diverse areas of the SAP HCM application. Comprehensive SAP Payroll experience creating test cases for integration and parallel test plans. Including step by step processes, expected results, and problem solving/troubleshooting testing issues.
TRACY SIMONEAU - DIRECTOR OF CONSULTING SERVICES
Tracy Simoneau received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish and Physics from Erskine College. She has a background in HR, Compensation and HRIS, and is an accomplished SAP HCM Consultant with over 16 years of experience in the SAP/SuccessFactors arena.
Tracy specializes in assisting clients in the selection, implementation and support of the entire suite of SAP Human Capital Management. She is a well known and recognized speaker in the HR Conference circuit and is known for her ability to deliver results. Her experience ranges from analyzing and designing solutions to meet client needs to production support, implementation and project management.
MITCH GARNER - cloud solutions manager
Mitch Garner received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Pittsburg State University. Mitch is an information technology professional with a specialty in SAP system design, implementation and support. He has nine years of experience in full lifecycle implementations, technical architecture design, application design, ABAP development, security design and implementation, as well as skills in many functional areas.
During his tenure with HR Focal Point, Mitch has worked with more than 25 clients. He has training, certifications, and specializes in many SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and non-HCM areas including: US Payroll, SAP Time Management, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, SAP FI/CO, SAP Materials Management, SAP Project Systems, and SAP Financial Supply Chain Management.

Michele is a United States’ Army Military Intelligence veteran. She earned her Bachelor of Arts (Organizational Studies) degree at Eastern Michigan University, and has also earned her Professional in Human Resources certificate (PHR).
Michele is an accomplished SAP HR Senior Consultant with over 15 years experience on the configuration and implementation of SAP HCM modules, covering versions 3.1h though ECC on all phases of the project implementation. Qi Lu earned two Bachelor of Science degrees (Electrical and Computer Engineering and Information and Decision Systems) from Carnegie Mellon University. Qi is a Senior SAP HR/Payroll Consultant with more than 20 years of SAP HR experience. He has extensive configuration experience in Payroll, Personnel Administration, Benefits, and other HR modules. In addition to this configuration expertise, he also has experience in leading companies in reengineering their existing SAP human resource and payroll processes to maximize the organization's’ return on investment.
Qi’s global SAP implementation experiences include implementations for the following countries: United States, Australia, Canada, France, the Netherlands, and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Ben Marsh earned his Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Denver and his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Colorado. Ben is a proven SAP NetWeaver Portal lead developer & architect with fifteen plus years of experience developing and delivering enterprise level web applications. Currently, his primary focus is leading full life cycle ESS/MSS implementations on the SAP NetWeaver platform with HR Renewal and Fiori, and in the cloud on SuccessFactors Employee Central.
