HR Focal Point’s Managed Support Model:

Recurring tasks are detailed in a personalized responsibility assignment matrix created by HR Focal Point and signed off by each customer.

Non-recurring tasks and other support needs are submitted using our ticketing system. Tickets can be generated via phone, email, or directly into the HR Focal Point ticketing web portal.

  • Easy to use and web based,  our ticketing system is available 24/7, so submitting after-hours support requests or checking the status of existing requests never needs to wait.

  • Our support team addresses tickets according to a customer response level matrix (P1 /Urgent, P2/High, P3/Normal, P4/Low) in order to ensure each ticket issue is addressed and resolved in a timely manner.

 
 

HR Focal Point utilizes the Zendesk Support application to track all support requests for our consulting and managed support services.
